I've been moving from one project to the next, from making over the blog {needs more pink?}, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest boards, to scrapping, to scribbling poems on napkins, to crafting new flowers, putting kits together, photography...but it works for this gemini: we need to keep moving from one thing to the next to keep our interest. One moment I'm obsessed with shabby chic, the next I want to do clean and simple.
Great thing about this: I get to play with all sorts of beautiful things and create any style every time I put together a kit! And my wonderful customers get to have all the fun of putting it together :)
Here's a few of my favorite recent listings:
Once Upon a Time
This one features what is probably my favorite handmade flower to date: the one with the pearl center. Maybe it's because it's pink. Something... It's just so pretty! If only they all turned out this way (there have been more than a few tossed into the reject pile as I've refined my techniques). If this one expires I won't be relisting, I'll be using it myself! I also added some of the beautiful Blue Fern Studios roses. I love anything Blue Fern. Their papers are beautiful, and their flowers are always so gorgeous. And of course, the chipboard! I also love that die cut border with the gold foil accents...so romantically bohemian chic.
Believe In Black and White

Inspired Ephemera
These minty-lime flowers can't decide if they want to be serious or whimsical. You choose. As a sometime writer and avid reader, one our favorite place to go is the library, so I loved the details of these vellum die cuts. Sometimes it's almost torturous to part with all the pretty things! {you're here, you're a scrapbooker: I know you know what I'm talkin' about}
For the Record
I'm already thinking ahead to spring daffodils! These bright little gems are as warm as sunshine. Besides the oodles of handmade flowers, there's the gorgeous Blue Fern Studios chipboard so you can scrap like the pros. You might recognize the yellow flowers from one of my previous layouts: Us. I have never been able to decide on a favorite color, but yellow definitely on my list. The layout I used them on is done in blues, with even a hint of purple, but they go spectacularly with green, too! {unless it's on the uniforms of my favorite football team...sorry Packers, still love ya}
Red Love
As it's the month of love, what better way than to get in the mood than with red? These flowers are done in the most gorgeous crimson, which pairs beautifully with the gold Blue Fern chipboard. This kit could scrap royalty (or your Valentine, or Christmas, or that special photo that deserves just the right treatment).
Thanks for stopping by--hope you have a great rest of the week (the time between you and scrapping). I'll be back to share a monochromatic layout sometime later this week. Until then!
WOW! You've been so busy! Look at all of these wonderful kits! That pearl centered flower really is gorgeous!! I love the springtime feel in the yellow & green kit. Great job on all of them!
