Lombard Street

Pastel scrapbooking layout for Scrap Our Stash Design Team featuring chipboard and die cuts in pink, blue, and lavender purple

Hello scrappy friends! I'm in today to share my layout inspiration for the Scrap Our Stash design team. Earlier this month we had the Tic Tac Toe Challenge, and on the 15th we have the sketch (with a twist) challenge.

THE CHALLENGE:
Create a scrapbook layout using the sketch provided and use a STASH item for each letter in the word prompt FIREWORKS. Here's what I came up with:

F-frame
I-ink
R-rosettes
E-embossing enamel
O-O letter in title
R-ribbon
S-stickles

And here's this month's sketch:

The picture is of my sister standing along Lombard Street in San Francisco (the most crooked street in the world, with 8 hairpin turns on one downhill block).

  2. Beautiful job, Carrie. I love the confetti looking background paper, and the watercoloured one as well. The rosettes are really pretty, and I really like your use of the different pre-printed words. Great interpretation of the sketch and of the "Fireworks" challenge. TFS.
