Blue and brown scrapbook layout featuring cork, ruler, rustic handmade flowers, wood veneers, tiny flowers, acrylic paint, and jute string rope with prills and stenciling

Hello scrappy friends! I'm in today to share my layout for the tic-tac-toe challenge for the Scrap Our Stash design team. If you haven't tried the tic-tac-toe challenge yet, I invite you to come on over and join the fun. The tic-tac-toe challenge is one of my absolute favorite challenges, and it's a fun challenge to dig into your stash and see what's been hiding under the layers of thickers and stickers.

The tic-tac-toe challenge is released on the first of the month and the sketch with a twist challenge starting on the 15th of the month. Both have until the 29th to get in your entries.

Here's this month's challenge board:

THE CHALLENGE:
Create a layout and you must use all three items from any horizontal, vertical or diagonal row from your stash!

EXAMPLE:
I used the diagonal row using cork, a ruler, and circle.

I handmade the flowers using a punch and made the centers using a big dab of hot glue and some seed beads. I filled in the gaps with some glitter.

  1. What an adorable photo of you & baby Zae! VERY nice way to use the cork!!! I see your pretty blue handmade flowers! Such a great idea to nest the flowers in unstrung twine - looks fabulous!
